This. Guac.
People are always telling me how awesome my guacamole is. I didn’t even think it could be a recipe because it is so basic.
But I had to share because it’s: simple, fast, and you probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen already. And you love it when you already have the ingredients waiting in your kitchen.
I go through phases of what kind of chips I eat the guacamole with. I usually burn out on one kind and switch to another.
Sometimes it’s restaurant style, sometimes it’s authentic, sometimes round, and sometimes the triangles.
Every once in a while I’ll branch out and try the chia/flax/multigrain tortilla chip, but I usually regret not getting something more traditional.
Mix up your guacamole. Put a little garnish of tomato and cilantro on top, and squeeze a slice of lime over that beauty. Squeeze!
